We decided to make a run for Mont Tremblant on our way to Montreal. We made our way across one of the bridges into Hull, Quebec and started following Route Verte 1 East into Gatineau. Route Verte is Quebec's system of designated bike paths throughout the province. We made good time to highway 323 where we started climbing into hills for approximately 20kms (We did 105kms total) before stopping to find a place to camp. Tonight's spot is beside a baseball field with a grocery store across the street. All in all, it was another great day to be riding missing both the heat and humidity. Beautiful farmland throughout the Gatineau region complete with dairy cows with bells on ringing away.
