We started our ride today with the idea it was going to be a short one about 65kms and rest from the heavy, hilly days previous but when we got into Renfrew there was nothing of interest to spend half a day there so we decided to push on to the Capital City of Ottawa.
The ride between Griffith and Renfrew was beautiful and had me smiling the whole way but Renfrew to Ottawa was spectacular! Especially coming into Ottawa after a short rainfall freshened the air and clouds made a glowing backdrop to the evening sun filled city.
