Joe and Karin are constantly eating! Right now I have to force myself to eat enough to keep me fueled through the day. I think it's from the change in my activity level. I'm sure I will be reaching a tipping point where hunger from expending all these calories on the bike will have me eating without a problem.
It was another beautiful day. The mountains are turning into rolling hills and the skies are opening up into wider vistas.
