Today was all about climbing Anarchist Mountain out of Osoyoos. It was almost 9am by the time we got going and started to climb. Karin was a little stressed about it but in the end all was fine. We are now camped in the town of Greenwood with the sun going down behind the mountains.
We are camped with another touring cyclist who has just completed six months of touring New Zealand and Australia but decided to extend his tour after arriving back home in Canada early by touring the interior of BC. Cool!
I finally stopped and checked out some of the points of interest hear on highway 3. The continuation of the Dewdney Trail and the history of the smelter in Greenwood. No interest to anyone but me. :-)
